County Judge Applicant Process

The process for choosing the next County Judge for Burnet County has been posted on the County Website. You can view the application process at https://www.burnetcountytexas.org.

You can view information about Republican candidates here. We will do our best to update the Club Website as applicants are posted. We encourage you to contact your Precinct Commissioner and/or the applicants to ask questions and share input. The Commissioners have requested that this topic be addressed via email so they will have a record of questions/opinions. Note that contacting all 4 County Commissioners in one email can be a quorum violation. Make plans to attend the public forums on February 6 and 13. Both will be held at the Agrilife Building in Burnet at 6 PM.
